Central Marketing Communication has group responsibility for the brand Tele2, the main Advertising concepts, the consolidated media budget and all critical elements influencing the communication impact of the digital and physical contacts with the end consumer.

Junior MarkCom Manager - Marketer of the future within Tele2

To further strengthen the central team, the company is now searching for an outstanding individual, a true marketer, with ability to challenge and modernize the company’s marketing.

You will have to start from scratch, working closely with the Head of Marketing Communication. The work will be challenging and sometimes very pressured.

The goals of the position are:
• Innovate our marketing communication
• Add concrete value to local marketing communication
• Drive sharing & best practice of Group Marketing elements

The Junior MarkCom Manager’s responsibility includes:
• Group responsibility for the Tele2 Corporate Identity
• Group responsibility for the MarkCom sharing tool
• Marketing Communication via Tele2 digital sales channel and physical sales channel (Tele2 Shop)
• Support local Brand cluster manager
• Assist Head of Marketing Communication with brand & advertising concept management and to drive & implement core campaign launches in key markets
• Financial controlling of Group spend in the area of Advertising
• Set agenda with Head of Marketing Research in the area of brand & concept evaluation


We need a person with a passion about branding & marketing and who has strength in online marketing & social media. You have a proven track record track record of successful B2C brand building with a state of the art campaign planning skills. International experience is a must and experience from managing corporate identity a plus.

This is a new role in which you must be able to independently set the agenda. You must be willing to go into details and be very hands on. Excellent communication skills and great people skills are essential.
